Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are humans in this process, real peeps completing your very valued order and we will expedite it as fast as humanly possible. No robots are used (yet..).
We offer international shipping. BREXIT has initiated some customs delays and extra paperwork. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country; this is particularly the case in the EU.
N.B Fuel the Adventure is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. In sum, you are responsible for paying the duty and or VAT or your products may not be released from customs unless the charges are paid. Any changes will be promulgated on the website.
If you haven’t received your UK order within 5 days (7 days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fueltheadventure.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship to BFPO addresses.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fueltheadventure.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
